Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent have recently been achieved for a sympathetic extension to this listed cottage in Oxfordshire. The addition will provide a cloakroom, a kitchen/breakfast room and a garden room.
By utilising traditional plain clay tiling and stained timber cladding the proposed extension will sit comfortably with a building which has previously been subdivided, altered and extended. At the same time the introduction of a modest element of more contemporary design will distinguish this latest phase in its evolution.
Construction works are expected to commence in 2022.
